JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 02-03-2016 By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 09.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54287 of 2015 arising out of Saharghat P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 whereby the petitioner Ram Sakhi Devi was directed to be released in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of order on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Benipatti, Madhubani. It is contended that the petitioner Ram Sakhi Devi is an old lady aged about 71 years and is suffering from several ailments. At the relevant time, she was living with her husband at Assam and the aforesaid order dated 09.12.2015 could not be

On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate vide order dated 09.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54287 of 2015 is extended by further two weeks.

The application stands disposed of.
