JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 07-04-2016 The challenge in the present writ petition is to an order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna on 25th of March, 2014 whereby an Original Application filed by the respondent was disposed of with direction to the petitioners to examine the case of the applicant treating the Original Application as his representation and in case it is found to be similar to that in Original Application decided by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, then similar benefits be considered to the applicant.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4332 of 2015 dt.07-04-2016 2/2 Similar order passed by the Tribunal was subject matter of challenge on behalf of the writ petitioners in CWJC No.4435 of 2015. The writ petition has been disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to decide the matter within four months.

In the light of the aforesaid order, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as in CWJC No.4435 of 2015 decided on 31st of March, 2016.
