This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 78-C of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 323 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the application arises out of complaint case, it is directed that if the petitioners appear before the Court below within six weeks from today, their application shall be decided on the same date, in terms of this Court's decision in case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJV-53.
