Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a), 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2022, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted and allegation is of recovery of 20 litres of liquor from Lalbabu Gond who disclosed that the same was supplied by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the came in the confessional statement of Lalbabu Gond, as such the same has no evidentiary value. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody,
