The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Compliant Case No. 1073 of 2017, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the petitioner and O.P. No.2, the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, where petitioner and O.P. No.2 settled their dispute and decided to live their conjugal life in terms of the memorandum of agreement dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13410 of 2019(6) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 06.09.2019, which is the part of the Mediator's Report dated 06.09.2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 submits that O.P. No.2 has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No. 1073 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
