2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 384 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case the informant who is the Sector Manager of the Swabhiman Finance Company was robbed of Rs. 1,07,470/- by unknown criminals. The petitioner and other co-accused have been caught. There is recovery of Rs. 43,000/- cash, one Android mobile phone, two live cartridges and one country made pistol from the petitioner. From the co-accused Akash Kumar, Rs. 20,000/- and one unnumbered pulsar motorcycle have been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 05.11.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the submission of the parties.

7. The petitioner is involved in loot and there is recovery of part of the looted money from the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
