3. A show-cause has come on behalf of the opposite party showing compliance of the order inasmuch as vide memo no. 4441 (S) dated 28.07.2023, the Deputy Secretary has recorded that the employee concerned will be entitled to the post of Junior Engineer only.

4. Granting liberty to the family of late employee to agitate the matter, if they so wants, MJC No. 443 of 2023 stands disposed of.
