Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273,273 of IPC and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2020. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.22383 of 2021(2) dt.31-08-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaighat Police Station Case No.309 of 2018 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
