2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 588 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased has committed suicide and it has been alleged by the informant that the deceased was being pressurized by the petitioner at different points of time as they were in a relationship and thereafter, under pressure, she committed suicide.

4. During investigation it has come that deceased was in relationship with the petitioner and one Tinku Kumar at the instance of the the petitioner had called Brij Mohan, with whom the marriage of the deceased was finalized and because of which she committed suicide.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 588 of 2024.
