Be that as it may provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 27.05.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with complaint Case No. 104 of 2013, Tr. No. 2246 of 2013 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur.

However, the petitioner shall continue to pay Rs. 750/- as directed by order dated 27.05.2015.
