This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 - A of the Bihar Excise Act.

From the back side of the hut of this petitioner foreign liquor as well as country made liquor was recovered.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2016 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9128 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 790 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, or successor Court.

Both the bailers shall be local residents.
