The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 408, 409, 420, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.51739 of 2014 and other connected cases whereby several co-accused having identical allegation have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, namely, Smt. Shail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13342 of 2015 (3) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 Kumari and Laxman Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
