This application is for grant of bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.160 of 2013 for the offence under Sections 406 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is husband and he is ready to settle the matter. The allegation has been levelled under Section 498A and 494 of the IPC and he is in custody for about four months.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of facts as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, as the petitioner is ready to settle the matter with his wife i.e. Opp. Party No.2 so the learned court below is directed to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15274 of 2017 (2) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 see the feasibility of settlement between the parties by calling both the parties in the court concerned so that the matter may be settled. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
