This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 261 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 283 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. The recovery of liquor is from the house of the petitioners, who are involved in the business of selling illicit liquor.

No.12569 of 2022(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to some labour dispute, which is unbelievable. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and in view of Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.B.), this application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is not maintainable.
