2. Pursuant to the last order a show cause has been filed on behalf of the Circle Officer, Islampur and accordingly
Patna High Court MJC No.4836 of 2018(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 as per paragraph-7 of the show cause, the entire encroachment from the land has been removed and in paragraph-10, it has further been informed that encroachers have been shifted under 'Awas Bhoomi Yojana'.
3. In that view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the writ Court order has been complied.
4. MJC No. 4836 of 2018 stands disposed of.
