ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 17.01.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 4th , Patna in Sessions Trial No. 795 of 2014. Since the petitioner seeks quashing on question of facts which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application stands rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Superintendent of police is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
