JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Forty-two liters of Nepali Safi was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.10.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
