2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 353 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 394, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted and confined the informant in a room and thereafter taken away all the loaded goods on the magic vehicle belongs to the informant after unloading the same to another pick-up vehicle.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.27304 of 2024 dated 20.07.2023 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11129 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of this petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
