The order impugned dated 08.07.2016 happens to be passed by learned Sessions Judge, Araria and on account thereof, as per observation having been held by the Division Bench in Cr.Appeal (SJ) No. 832/2016, the appellants will have to take fresh initiative from competent Court so notified under SC/ST (POA) Act.

With the aforesaid observation, instant appeal is disposed of.
