JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the salary/pension etc. have been revised as per the Finance Department resolution dated 08.03.2019 but the petitioner submits that some more revision is required, hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to seek revision of his pension in light of subsequent orders passed by Government. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the departmental authorities in case of

It goes without saying that the differential amount on account of the aforesaid revision, as carried out by the respondents be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the concerned authority shall not draw his salary.
