The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 315 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner cannot be said to be involved in the present case as he was not present at the time when his Bhabhi expired and the petitioner is the not the husband of the deceased. Learned counsel submits that the deceased committed suicide by hanging as there is no demand of dowry.

Considering the nature of allegation and the case relating to 304 (B) investigating authority is required to conduct
