The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khanpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner forged the signature of informant on the injury report of Abhishek Kumar. It is submitted that petitioner is a pharmacist and has been falsely implicated in this case only because petitioner has filed a criminal case against the informant bearing Khanpur PS Case No. 28 of 2021. It is further submitted that without there being any expert opinion or forensic report in support of the allegation petitioner has been made accused in this case.

No.12602 of 2022(2) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
