The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The Registrar of J.P. University, Chapra lodged the case making allegations of misappropriate and defalcation of huge amount against Sri R.P. Sharma, Ex-Vice Chancellor, J.P. University. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was working as Finance Officer of the University. After investigation, the police submitted final form finding the case false but the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate took cognizance against the Ex Vice Chancellor, Finance Officer and others including the informant of the case. Co-accused Budhi Chandra Singh has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17507 of 2015.

No.16075 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Muffasil P.S.
