This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report was lodged against unknown after noticing the dead body of Asha Devi.

After four months of the occurrence a witness said that five persons, including the petitioner, was seen along with Asha Devi on the said date and they were talking that they are going to dispose of the dead body of Asha Devi as she has died of drowning.

Considering the weak and belated evidence, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9810 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
