This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bakhtiyarpur Police Station Case No. 203 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegations against the present petitioner is that he fired shot on the son of the informant. He has submitted that the allegations is false as none have injured by fire arm. From perusal of paragraph No.3 of the anticipatory bail petition, it appears that the present petitioner is a person of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22382 of 2021(3) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 clean antecedent and none has sustained the fire arm injury. Learned Addl. P.P. has opposed and the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforementioned fact and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Barh, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Police Station Case No. 203 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
