JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36804 of 2016. Counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent for extending the period of submission of bank account number on affidavit before the learned court below. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that that opposite party no.

2 being the husband of the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 494/34 of the IPC and 3/5 of the Dowry Prohibition Act on his readiness to make payment of `3,000/- per month from January, 2017 when the petitioner was to submit her bank account number on affidavit before the learned court below within a period of four weeks but since there was some wrong entry with regard to name of O.P. No.2 in the passport, hence affidavit with regard to account number could not be submitted.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12284 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 On the ground mentioned in the modification application, the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36804 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the period of submission of bank account number of the petitioner on affidavit before the learned court below is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bagaha, District-West Champaran. Accordingly, the present modification application is disposed of.
