The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Maner P.S.Case No. 530 of 2016 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that the petitioners were transporting 50 litres of illegal Mahua liquor on a motorcycle. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have no any criminal antecedent of any kind and have been in custody since 28.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
