Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumaron (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2016 registered under Sections- 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is of love affair. Both are major. In her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., victim stated that she left her father's house on her own sweet will and got married with the petitioner. Petitioner is ready to keep the victim as wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7540 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumaron (Naya Bhojpur) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2016.
