Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341,323,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The firing made by this petitioner caused injury at the hand of the informant. The occurrence took place for land dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or would be non-cooperating in the trial. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
