====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/324/379/ 384/ 307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission of the parties that there is land dispute, counter case and the injuries are simple in nature, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down
