3. Learned counsel for the respondents, referring to statements made in Paragraph No.7 of the counter affidavit, submits that the aforesaid Mutation Appeal No. 05/2014-15 / 01/2014-15 has been disposed of vide order dated 28.03.2016 and, thus, the writ application has become infructuous. 4.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed, as having become infructuous.
