2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 303(2), 317(4), 3/5 of the BNSS, 2023 and u/s 11(1)(c)(F)(L)(K)(I)(O)(D) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act, 1960.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have indulged in the business of illegal transportation of buffaloes in the truck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he has no concern with the alleged offence. Petitioner is the owner of the said truck.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11827 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur, Bihar/concerned court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
