2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing a loot. He was caught but nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been registered after a delay of a day and the F.I.R. has been received in the office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate after two weeks which creates a doubt on the veracity of the

5. He further submits that petitioner had some dispute with the informant over money and because of that he has been made accused.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1203 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Danapur Police Station, Patna on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
