The petitioner apprehends his arrest bail in a case under Sections 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others, claiming themselves to be the agents of Bhumi Structures Project Private Limited, persuaded the informant and others to deposit money. According to the informant and others, they deposited money in the company but the company did not return the money on maturity. It is submitted that the informant compromised the case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16060 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the informant has already compromised the case with the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran in Amnour P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
