Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present application filed in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 474/2018, G.R. No. 1882/2018 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria with a liberty to appear in the Court below and make prayer for regular bail. Permission is accorded.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. If the petitioner surrenders in the Court below
