Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 448, 504, 506 of the I.P.C and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Accusations are assaulting, abusing the informant by calling caste name and snatching mobile. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below which has been brought on record as Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
