Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/121 /124(A)/386/412/216 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a/25(1-A)/25(1-AA)/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L. Act.
