Petitioner is an accused in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2019.
