JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 Writ petition has been filed challenging order contained in memo no. 1471 dated 27.05.2013 removing the petitioner from his engagement as Panchayat Rojgar Sewak. Counsel for the State submits that due to large scale illegality committed by the petitioner, the matter was inquired and petitioner's contractual selection as Panchayat Rojgar Sewak was cancelled after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
