The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

While the informant was at his door, the petitioner came there in inebriated condition with iron rod and started abusing him. When he and his wife forbade him not to do so, he attacked with iron rod on the head of the informant's wife and she sustained head injury. When the informant tried to go police station by motorcycle the petitioner pushed his motorcycle and threatened him not to go the police station. Thereafter, the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The informant is an Advocate by profession and he always threatened the petitioner to implicate him in false case. The petitioner and informant are gotiyas. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
