2. The petitioners have moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:

"That this is an application for quashing of the Order dated 9/7/2014 passed in Complaint Case No. 26803(C)/2014 by the learned S.D.J.M Patna whereby the learned Magistrate has been pleased to take Cognizance of offences under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners"
