In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 20.07.2013 passed by the Licensing Authority, S.D.O., Gaya as well as the order of the Collector dated 21.10.2014 in Supply Appeal Case No. 34 of 2013 without exhausting the alternative remedy of review.

In that view of the matter, if the petitioner feels aggrieved, may raise his grievance before the Revisional Authority. If such a revision application is filed by the petitioner, the Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.4129 of 2015 dt.25-04-2017 concerned will consider the period of limitation, taking into consideration the pendency of the present case before this Court. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
