JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-02-2015 There is a very detailed consideration of material and evidence as to why this petitioner did not have a right to be considered for selection for being engaged as an Aanganbari Sevika. The findings are self speaking and clearly indicate that the petitioner did manipulate things to show that she belonged to the same ward and had a right of such selection. The findings are overwhelming. The impugned order contained in Annexure- 1 does not require to be interfered with.
