JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner already in custody in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.279 of 2016 is an accused in a case registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of dowry death committed by the accused persons and getting the dead body disposed of. Submission is that the petitioner is the brother-inlaw (Dewar) of the deceased and the petitioner is separate in mess and residence with the husband of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in custody. It is further submitted that rest of the accused have been granted anticipatory bail.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5603 of 2017 (3) dt.09-03-2017 2 / 2 let the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.279 of 2016.
