The petitioner is apprehending is arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing of the Opposite Party No.2 by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and ousting from her matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongs.

Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court
