JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 The respondent of CWJC No. 13836 of 2011 has filed the present review application for review of the order dated 18.02.2013. The plaintiff filed an application in the suit under section 15 of the B.B.C. Act which was declined by the trial court. Aggrieved thereby, the writ petition was filed. After having heard both sides, this Court, by order dated 18.02.2013, allowed the writ petition and directed the trial court to follow the provisions of section 15 of the B.B.C. Act and pass appropriate order. The order dated 03.05.2011 passed by the learned trial court was set aside.

On going through the pleadings made in this review application, I am not satisfied that a case for review of the order dated 18.02.2013 is made out. In the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.192 of 2013 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 garb of review application, no second hearing on merit can be given to the party.

The review application is dismissed.
