The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the seven accused persons variously armed are stated to have looted the informant on the point of firearm of his belonging including Rs.5,000/ in cash, driving license, Aadhar Card, mobile phone etc. The informant states that the accused persons had towels around their face.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner recorded on his arrest in one another case. No
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22129 of 2021(3) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has not been put on T.I. parade. He is in custody in the instant case since 14.12.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 11 months and grant of bail to co-accused Sonu Kumar Yadav vide order dated 16.7.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no.21990 of 2021, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no.334 of 2020 (G.R. no.2215 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
