Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 360 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner Mamta Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in
