JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,354,504 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of outraging the modesty and establishing forceful physical relationship with the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled where entire family has been roped in. It appears that the informant has received grievous injury.

Case No. 167 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.
