This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 494, 498(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has offered to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month to the informant. There is allegation and counter allegation which cannot be decided in this proceeding, considering the nature of allegation and the nature of dispute this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 shall furnish bank account details of informant to the learned counsel for the petitioner which he shall deposit Rs. 4,000/- (Four Thousand) per month in the account of opposite party no. 2 by the 7th of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22489 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 month. The amount of December, 2021 and January, 2022 shall be deposited by 7th of January, 2022.

In case of any default found against the petitioner, the court below can cancel the bail bond of petitioner. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.-5 or concern court, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
